With a career defined by precision and high-stakes technical expertise, Ray Parker has spent over four decades mastering the elements. A graduate of the Divers Institute of Technology, Ray began his professional journey in the demanding field of underwater welding, building a foundation of resilience and technical mastery.

In 2001, Ray founded The Parker Group, leveraging his extensive background as a nationally licensed crane operator and a certified structural and high-pressure tube welder, certified master rigger and class “A” driver. Under his leadership, the firm has become a hallmark of safety and industrial excellence.

When he isn’t leading projects on the ground, Ray is an accomplished pilot, bringing the same discipline required in the cockpit to his professional life. Above all his professional accolades, Ray is a dedicated father of three sons, committed to building a legacy of hard work and integrity for the next generation.

Joseph Bizon is a seasoned construction professional who brings a high level of enthusiasm and a personable approach to every project he leads. Currently serving as a Superintendent, Joe is recognized for his commitment to excellence and his versatile skill set, which spans multiple levels of the industry. His leadership style is grounded in clear communication and a proactive attitude, ensuring that team goals are met while maintaining a positive and productive site environment.

In his professional capacity, Joe excels at the technical and administrative rigors of construction management. He is responsible for ensuring that all work and materials consistently meet or exceed contract specifications and standards of excellence. From documenting and submitting critical testing records to preparing site documents like submittals and RFIs, Joe manages the fine details that keep a project on track. He also serves as a vital link between the field and the client, interfacing directly to resolve quality control issues and leading preparatory meetings to align all stakeholders before work begins.

Dedicated to operational integrity, Joe takes a hands-on approach to quality assurance and compliance. He actively attends material testing to verify adherence to codes and RFP requirements, and he conducts weekly coordination meetings to provide transparent updates on site progress. When challenges arise, he is quick to implement corrective actions to manage non-conforming products or work, ensuring that the final delivery is of the highest caliber. Joe’s comprehensive oversight and dedication to client satisfaction make him a trusted leader in the construction field.

Donna is a dedicated professional and New England native who has proudly called the Lakes Sunapee region home for over 20 years. As Office Manager, she serves as the backbone of the team, blending her deep-rooted connection to the community with a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and professional growth.

With a career centered on interpersonal connection, Donna excels at orchestrating a collaborative and efficient workplace. She is recognized for her genuine enthusiasm for service and her ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and community members alike. Whether she is streamlining office operations or welcoming new faces, Donna brings a proactive and supportive leadership style to everything she does.

Beyond her professional contributions, Donna is an avid enthusiast of the outdoors and the arts. She maintains an active lifestyle through pickleball and finds inspiration in music and literature. Above all, she values quality time spent with her family, friends, and beloved pets, finding her greatest motivation in the community she serves and the people she leads.

Chris Washburn

With a diverse background spanning creative arts and industrial management, this New England native has spent over two decades honing a unique professional profile. For the past 19 years, he served as a Service and Training manager at an automotive equipment manufacturer, where he oversaw a network of 50 independent sales representatives while managing complex logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. Complementing this operational expertise is a seven-year tenure as a graphic artist and art coordinator, fueled by a high level of proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Beyond his professional life, he is deeply committed to community and leadership as a manager and coordinator for a coed softball league, a role he has held for five years. A lifelong resident of the area, he shares his home with his wife, Carrie, whom he married in 2007, and their three pets: Titan the dog, and two cats named Ares and Pandora. His adventurous spirit is reflected in his choice of transportation, as he is the proud owner of an Indian motorcycle.

His personal interests paint a picture of a dedicated enthusiast with a long-term appreciation for immersive storytelling and complex genres. Since 1979, he has been an avid tabletop gamer with a particular passion for Dungeons & Dragons, a hobby that mirrors his love for Sci-Fi and Fantasy literature and film. This affinity for the dramatic extends to his musical tastes, where he enjoys the powerful compositions of Symphonic and Heavy Metal, while still maintaining his roots as a dedicated fan of Hair Metal.
